This Return & Refund Policy applies to all product purchases made on echohano.com. We adhere to global e-commerce consumer protection standards to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process for every customer. By shopping on echohano.com, you acknowledge and accept the following return and refund rules.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit echohano.com supports a 30-day return window for most products, starting from the date the customer receives the package. To qualify for a return, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, free of wear marks, scratches, or damage, and must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals intact. Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved for return or refund. Personalized custom products, clearance discounted items, and hygiene-sensitive products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Application Process Customers who need to return goods must first submit a return request through the official customer support channel of echohano.com. Please provide your order number, product name, return reason, and corresponding product photos. Our support team will review your application within 1–2 business days and send you a formal return instruction and return address. Do not return goods without official approval, otherwise we have the right to reject your return application.
Return Shipping Costs Unless the product has quality problems, wrong delivery, or shipping errors caused by echohano.com, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. For returns caused by our store’s errors, we will fully cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label if applicable. Original shipping fees paid by the customer during order placement are non-refundable.
Refund Rules & Processing Time After we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet the return standards, we will initiate the refund process within 3–5 business days. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank, usually taking 7–14 working days. echohano.com will send a refund completion notification via email once the refund is processed.
Partial Refund & Special Situations For orders with partial product returns, we will only refund the unit price of the returned items, excluding shipping fees and promotional discounts. If the product is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with the description due to our responsibility, customers can choose full refund, free reshipment, or partial compensation. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable return requests and malicious return behaviors.
